It's always a good idea to think ahead. The Flex-a-lite Mojave Vehicle Heater # FLX640 is more of a permanent installation so if you plan on moving the heater frequently we'll want to look at something else like part # RA3501 that uses a bolt-on installation, but it's small enough that you should be able to move it around and secure it to a variety of locations.

Although a plug and play 7-way option isn't available for models of the 2020 Ford Transit 250 that aren't equipped with the tow package, you can still wire your vehicle with a 4-pole and a 7-way.

For the 2016 model year Ford had both a Transit Connect and a Transit T250 but in either case there isn't a wiring harness to plug in a brake controller so one will have to be hardwired in. It is not all that difficult at all; just a lot of running wires to various places on the vehicle.

I recommend the Curt T-Connector 4-Pole Flat Wiring Kit # C56327 for your 2018 Ford Transit T250 because we have found their wiring products to be very reliable. This harness installs by plugging in at the T250's tail light housings and by running one wire up to the engine compartment for a power connection at the battery. The plugs on the harness simply get sandwiched in between the light and the OEM wiring, as shown in the linked diagram.

When installing Air Helper Springs on your 2020 Ford Transit T250 with a 6 inch lift I recommend The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88213.
